In the province of Salerno, more precisely in Praiano, stands the La Moressa Restaurant

A cordial and very welcoming environment, characterized by a decor entirely dominated by the shade of white.

The property also has a lovely terrace, where you can dine in the moonlight during the summer season. 

Our menu offers a wide selection of fish dishes, prepared following the typical recipes of the Italian Mediterranean tradition.

The catch used in the kitchen arrives fresh every day from the surrounding seas.

Every evening a special menu is also offered that combines traditional dishes with the imagination of the chefs.

Rosemary scented pan-seared octopus, on a potatoes cream with crumble rusk bread salt

Salted codfish bites, red prawn and beer battered mussels with chili pepper vinegar reduction 

Burrata from Puglia on a panko breadcrumbs potato croquette and oven roasted cherry tomatoes

Beef carpaccio with a small crunchy spinach salad, balsamic vinegar pearls and parmesan shavings

Fresh fish ragù with mixed pasta, peeled tomatoes, katsuobushi shavings
(dried and smoked skipjack tuna)

Lime scented spaghettone with mediterranean sea urchin pulp,
sundried tomatoes, garlic and chili pepper

Carnaroli risotto with asparagus and buffalo stracciata

Potatoes gnocchi stuffed with mozzarella, with Provolone del Monaco
cheese fondue, toasted almonds and black truffle
