In the province of Salerno, more precisely in Praiano, stands the La Moressa Restaurant

A cordial and very welcoming environment, characterized by a decor entirely dominated by the shade of white.

The property also has a lovely terrace, where you can dine in the moonlight during the summer season. 

Our menu offers a wide selection of fish dishes, prepared following the typical recipes of the Italian Mediterranean tradition.

The catch used in the kitchen arrives fresh every day from the surrounding seas.

Every evening a special menu is also offered that combines traditional dishes with the imagination of the chefs.

Seared scallop with Neapolitan escarole, crumble of Parma ham and toasted pine nuts

Raw French oysters with typical lemons of Amalfi Coast

Margheritine of fresh pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese with lemon scent on honey cheese fondue and pistachio

Tuna tartare with candied ginger petals, Mediterranean shrimp and passion fruit

Fassona carpaccio, blue cheese cream, fresh salad and IGP balsamic vinegar caviar

Crispy bread basket with mixed vegetables caponata on a pumpkin mash and Taggiasca olives, tomatoes tartare and buffalo small mozzarella

First Courses

Egg fettuccine with lemon scent, oyster leaf, glasswort and raw red shrimps

Fresh spaghetti with sea urchin pulp, lime scented with dried tomatoes, garlic and chilli

Paccheri with a Genovese style octopus and katsuobushi dried tuna

Carnaroli risotto with asparagus tips, creamed with provolone del monaco cream

Sea Soup in casserole, minimum 2 people

Fresh fish (Grilled, salted, crazy water) with seasonal side dishes (for 100g)

Black and white sesame tuna tataki, with licorice powder and vegetable flan

Cod bites, prawns and squid in curry tempura with white wine vinegar reduction and with  chilli pepper and crispy vegetables


Chateaubriand, Bernese sauce, baked potatoes, grilled vegetables and croutons

Beef tenderloin with 5 peppers, baked potatoes, spring onion and sweet and sour corn on the cob
